Not every surface needs an arrangement.

For most corporate dinners, I would rather identify the places where flowers can have real impact: the welcome area, dining tables, stage, bar or another gathering point where guests naturally pause.

A beautiful entrance arrangement establishes the tone immediately. Flowers near a podium or stage soften photographs. A series of centerpieces carries the chosen palette across the room.

Thoughtful placement often creates more atmosphere than simply adding flowers everywhere.

Repetition Matters More Than Size

Corporate flowers do not need to be enormous to feel luxurious.

In a ballroom or conference setting, repetition is powerful. One arrangement may be lovely; thirty arrangements working together transform the room. The repeated color, shape and movement create a visual thread that makes the entire event feel considered.

For dining tables, flowers should sit low enough for guests to see one another—or rise clearly above the natural line of sight. Anything in between becomes an obstacle. The goal is to support conversation, not compete with it.
